Returns and Refunds Policy for Funkmaster Lovecraft Studios

At Funkmaster Lovecraft Studios, customer satisfaction is a priority! Below is our policy for returns and refunds to ensure a smooth experience for you.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or defects.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at johgnrobertorr@icloud.com with:

Your order number.

A description of the issue or reason for return.

Photos of the item (if applicable).
We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions for the return process.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as Funkmaster Lovecraft Studios is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at johnrobertorr@icloud.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number.

Photos clearly showing the damage or defect.
We will either replace the item* or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, depending on the situation.
*Given the bespoke nature of our products and the unique nature of the items used to craft them, it will often not be possible to provide a replacement for a lost or damaged item. We will work with you to produce something at least similar to the original item purchased. Resin items take additional time to craft and fully cure.
Exchanges
Exchanges are considered at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom or personalized creations.

Sale items or gift cards.
